Ambiverse "Porcelain" - Single Review

9/10

The Sacramento indie trio Ambiverse released their second single Porcelain this past week with a mix of indie-pop and pop-punk holding a different and unique flare to it when played side by side with their strong debut single Lost Boy. Similar to their first single, the group nails it with the nostalgic and angsty lyrics. A nice catchy and singable chorus seals the song as ideal for modern indie radio and playlists. Guitarist CJ Munoz hammers the point home with powerful and melodic guitar chords adding to the modern pop-punk feel but still charmingly of an indie aesthetic. Again, Ambiverse has left us all in anticipation for more singles to come and hopefully an album to be released in the near future.
